Update from DMS – online spend rose from 20% to 40% in just one year!

The online spend rose from about 20% to 40% in just one year. Younger business owners are not surprisingly much more social media engaged.  A digital presence is increasingly recognized as central to all marketing.
The industry is moving from a media world through results (clicks calls and visits) to engagement including reviews reminders and likes.

If you want to matter in the space you have to provide value in all three areas.
