I called your Elocal Customer Service Department on Tuesday May 5th and
wanted to let you know that Jessee Powers was the most helpful support
person that I have spoken to since I signed up.

I was ready to cancel my service but reconsidered my decision after Jessee
walked me through the process and gave me a greater understanding on how Elocal
works.

I plan on sending referrals to Elocal after this experience.
